How do I return an item?
Changed your mind? Merchandise purchased from Fairy Homes & Gardens may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused in its original condition. You will receive a full refund to your original method of payment, excluding shipping costs, provided the item meets the foregoing criteria. Both outbound and inbound shipping costs are non-refundable (for defective merchandise see below). Orders that qualified for free shipping will not be refunded the cost of postage.
To return items:
- Contact the Customer Care Department via email at info@fairyhomesandgardens.com to notify us that you plan to return an item.
- Circle the item(s) you are returning on your packing slip.
- Securely package the product(s) and include the packing slip.
- Send the package to us using a traceable method of shipping via the shipping carrier of your choice.
Once received, returns will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once the process is complete.
Defective and/or missing merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of package. Email Customer Care a clear photo of the damaged item, or a photo of the packing slip and the box and packaging in which your order arrived in the case of missing merchandise. A replacement will be sent to you. If a replacement is not available, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped. Contact our Customer Care Department via email at info@fairyhomesandgardens.com or via phone at (213) 474-1094 and we will attempt to cancel your order. Please provide us with your order number when making the request. If it has already been shipped, please see the above Returns policy.
